ACTIVITIES' ORDER MIGHT CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE SEASON AND TO ALLOW OPTIMAL GAME & WILDLIFE VIEWING

Spend 6 days travelling between Windhoek and either Kasane in Botswana or Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Explore the game parks in the northeast of Namibia by game drive or river cruise. This is an area of a wide variety of wildlife and prolific birdlife.

THE ITINERARY

DAY 1 FRIDAY WINDHOEK - OTAVI
Depart for Okahandja and visit a local handicraft market. Continue via Otjiwarongo towards Namibia's far north. The group may be joined at the overnight stop by passengers of the Etosha Tour. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Khorab Lodge. (BD)

DAY 2 SATURDAY OTAVI - MAHANGO PARK
Visit Hoba Meteorite. Pass the veterinary control fence and enter rural Africa. Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon. Relax before you join a sunset cruise on the Kavango. Overnight at Mahangu Safari Lodge. (BD)

DAY 3 SUNDAY KAVANGO - MUDUMU NATIONAL PARK
Undertake a game drive along the floodplains of Mahango Game Park. See Popa Falls and enjoy a packed lunch before continuing to Mudumu National Park. Boat cruise around sunset near your lodge on the Kwando River. Overnight at Namushaha Lodge. (FB)

DAY 4 MONDAY MUDUMU NATIONAL PARK
Join a cultural tour at the Living Museum of the Mafwe people. Return to the Lodge for lunch. Enjoy a boat cruise on the Kwando River in the afternoon. The area is well known for its variety of bird life. Overnight at Namushaha Lodge. (FB)

DAY 5 TUESDAY KWANDO - CHOBE RIVER
Drive to Katima Mulilo on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. Travel into Botswana and further to the Chobe a river splitting Botswana and Namibia. Enjoy a sunset cruise on the Chobe where you may view large elephant and buffalo herds. Overnight at Chobe Safari Lodge, Botswana. (BD)

DAY 6 WEDNESDAY KASANE
After breakfast it is time to say farewell. Depart for Kasane, Livingstone or Victoria Falls. Tour ends on arrival at your respective hotel/airport. (B)

US citizens do not require visas for travel to South Africa, Botswana nor Namibia. All other passport holders must check with their local Consulate offices at time of booking. THREE BLANK PASSPORT PAGES AND A 6-MONTH VALIDITY OF PASSPORT ARE REQUIRED.

Anti-malaria tablets must be taken throughout. No shots are required at this time.
