Founded in 1990, Wild African Ventures Inc. has grown and found its niche in the marketplace of
travelers interested in exploring East and Southern Africa. The Company's primary function was to sell South Africa, Botswana,
Zimbabwe and the neighboring territories, but as it grew and took shape, the demand for East Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands became
apparent and they too were added as destinations working in conjunction with the Southern African region.

for Wild African Ventures are Tanzania's Ngorongoro region, the
world-famous Serengeti, the untamed Selous, Zanzibar, Botswana's Okavango Delta and Chobe, Victoria Falls - Zimbabwe,
Rovos Rail, and Shongololo's three different train adventures.
Today the Company owns the building it
operates out of, and is proud to boast that 72% of their business comes from repeat clientele and referrals. That sure says something
about the quality of trips prepared by the most competent, caring, efficient safari consultants around.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Notice: Should you cancel your tour after
your deposit has been paid and reservations have been made for you, we
reserve the right to levy a cancellation fee (minimum $150 per person)
to cover actual costs incurred by Wild African Ventures Inc., and then
also any charges levied by Game Lodges, the Trains or local tour
companies. Cancellations received within 90 days of departure will
be subject to the following schedule of fees:
Under 90 days to 71 days - 100% of deposit; Under 70 days to departure day - 100% of tour price
: All Train cancellation fees are 100% from 70 days before
departure date. Some deposits are non-refundable depending on type
of safari booked.
Every effort is made to minimize cancellation charges, as it is our
company's policy not to penalize passengers if they cancel arrangements
due to circumstances beyond their control. For this purpose, WE
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE BE TAKEN OUT AT TIME OF
MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT.
Responsibility Clause: Wild African Ventures Inc. of
Shadow Hills, California, your travel agent, outfitters, operators of
the tours and/or suppliers of services act only as agents for the
passengers in regards to travel whether by plane, car or landrover,
motor coach or minivan, canoe or mokoro, or railroad, and assume no
liability to injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which
may be occasioned either by reason of defect of any vehicle, act of war,
insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising, other military action,
strikes or any Act of God occurring in either country of origin,
destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through
the acts of default of any company or persons engaged in conveying the
passengers or in carrying out arrangements of the tour. Wild
African Ventures Inc. cannot accept any responsibility for the traveler,
as the rates provided are for the arrangement only at the time stated.
YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH THE KNOWLEDGE
OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY RISKS. The
right is reserved to make minor adjustments to the itinerary and the
right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure. Wild
African Ventures Inc. may not be held responsible for any loss or damage
to luggage before, during or after the tour. The acceptance of
final vouchers and/or air tickets shall be deemed to be consent of the
above conditions. |
